Overview

Quality & Risk Management requires a Risk Analyst to provide risk management support to all aspects of the business including Engagement Teams, Risk Delivery Centres and administrative professionals.

What you will do
  • Acting as main point of contact for queries on internal risk management requests and responding as appropriate
  • Processing requests for risk management support using ServiceNow
  • Trouble shooting and escalating risk management issues as required
  • Administering KPMGs' multiple in-house proprietary systems to facilitate compliance with Firm and Regulatory policies
  • Keeping up to date with new policy and procedural changes, problem solving and providing insights on trends to stakeholders
  • Interacting with related subject matter experts, firm leadership and global teams
  • Proactively engaging in interactions in a professional manner with a one team mentality to ensure a high level of service
  • Generating reports for leadership and the business
  • Providing training and support as required
  • Providing support on ad hoc projects
  • Attending regular Risk Delivery Centre meetings
At times, business needs arise, and employees are required and agree to work beyond their normal workday or work week to fulfill the accountabilities required for their job. Likewise, people need time to devote to personal matters, and our approach to flexibility provides for this.
What you bring to the role
  • Minimum 3-5 years administration experience in the areas of quality control, risk management/compliance
  • Good judgment, analytical skills and a very strong attention to detail
  • Advanced skills in Excel
  • Ability to effectively manage multiple priorities
  • Team player with strong interpersonal and collaboration skills
  • Excellent organizational, planning, problem solving, decision making and time management skills
  • Ability to interact with colleagues at all professional levels
  • High aptitude in learning new systems/technology
  • Excellent written and communication skills
  • Ability to assimilate, analyze and facilitate information sharing
  • College diploma or an equivalent combination of education
  • This position requires written and oral fluency in English.


This position requires written and oral fluency in English. The successful candidate may be required to support or collaborate with English-speaking colleagues or stakeholders while at KPMG. The successful candidate may be required to create, interpret and/or apply policies, practices, laws and and/or regulations during the regular course of their employment.

KPMG BC Region Pay Range Information
The expected base salary range for this position is $46,000 to $70,000 and may be eligible for bonus awards. The determination of an applicant's base salary within this range is based on the individual's location, skills & competencies, and unique qualifications. In addition, KPMG offers a comprehensive and competitive Total Rewards program.
