The Colleague Experience & Insights team is responsible for the enterprise strategy to understand and optimize the Bank's colleague experience. This involves colleague listening activities including the TD Pulse survey, lifecycle listening, analysis, and insights in support of overall the Bank's objectives and HR strategy, and the strategic execution of TD's Employee Value Proposition - the Colleague Promise, including internal and external colleague branding.

Reporting to the Senior Manager, Colleague Experience & Insights, the Program Manager of Colleague Listening will be data-driven, and responsible for helping to shape the colleague experience through meaningful insights. This role is primarily accountable for the program management across the Colleague Listening programs, including change management, project management, governance reporting, communication, and will play a key role research, question design and insights. Collectively these accountabilities will help us understand our workforce, enhance colleague experience, and drive change. Key enablers of success include outstanding stakeholder management, internal and external relationship management, flexible communication skills, and the ability to simplify complex data and insights into a digestible format.

- Project Management - Work closely with project teams to develop timelines and workback schedules for key programs.
- Stakeholder Management - Work closely with external vendor, HR Data & Insights, and various HR Partners to ensure insights are translated into meaningful action.
- Change Management & Communication - Work closely with internal communication teams and stakeholders to ensure that program changes are well understood and communicated.
- Research and Benchmarking - Research and analyze best in class solutions to inform, build, and improve TD processes based on industry expertise in both Colleague and Customer Listening.
- Survey Development and Testing - Support the development of our survey content across our colleague surveys and other listening approaches including testing.
- Support Insight Development - Leverage organizational psychology principles to help us understand the colleague experience and leverage our colleague to data to drive insights.
- Drive Actionable Recommendations - Use insights to inform enterprise employee experience initiatives and develop. recommendations to drive improvement against experience gaps.
- Take on, execute, and support additional projects, as assigned.
Job Requirements
- Experience managing complex projects, including stakeholder management and communication.
- Strong results-oriented project management skills; well organized, with a high attention to detail.
- Excellent oral and written communication, presentation and facilitation skills, and strong interpersonal skills to effectively manage relationships in a matrixed environment.
- Proven experience creating data driven insights.
- Passion and curiosity to create a colleague experience that is impactful, growth-oriented, and caring.
- University degree in human resources, industrial psychology, psychology, marketing, or related discipline; Advanced degree in Industrial/Organizational psychology or related discipline an asset.
