Responsibilities
The Workforce Identity and Access Management (IAM) team has an enterprise-wide focus on identity, authentication, authorization, and IAM governance. This ensures users have the right access at the right time for the right reasons. This position is for a Senior Business Intelligence Analyst reporting to the Senior Manager, Information Security. This role is to act as a functional team member for the Governance and Analytics team the provide outcome driven actionable insights across the various information security principles and related software. This primary focus is on reducing risk and improving the banks Workforce IAM security posture. Below are the responsibilities for this candidate:

This ensures users have the right access at the right time for the right reasons. This position is for a Senior Business Intelligence Analyst reporting to the Senior Manager, Information Security. This role is to act as a functional team member for the Governance and Analytics team the provide outcome driven actionable insights across the various information security principles and related software. This primary focus is on reducing risk and improving the banks Workforce IAM security posture. Below are the responsibilities for this candidate:
- Design, engineer, deploy, and support outcome driven actionable PowerBI dashboards/apps that are part of the Workforce Identity and Access Management organization. Design must be visually friendly, easy to navigation and inspire action by the user(s).
- Design multi-dimension data models leveraging data in many formats (SQL, xml, xlsx, csv, Sharepoint directories, websites, etc.) that allow in-depth analysis.
- Due to sensitivity of the data, work with business partners to secure dashboards/apps data in a secure manner via AD groups and row level security based on data and role.
- Work with our business partners and internal teams to ensure insights provided are actionable and meaningful based on key risk indicators (KRIs) and key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Build out a data management structure to allow re-use of data across multiple dashboards.
- Automate the communication of PowerBI dashboards/apps to a dynamic targeted audience through e-mail and Teams via the Power Automate including dynamic tables for user consumption.
- Create workflow management scripts through PowerApps to improve engagement of data gathering from business partners and internal customers.
- Understand business, application, and security requirements provided by customers and translate these into technical specifications. Produce enterprise-level reporting to meet these requirements.
- Be our Subject Matter Expert on PowerBI, Power Automate and PowerApps. Provide consultation to business partners on best practices and standardization when building out dashboards/apps.
- Conduct unit testing and troubleshooting to ensure quality audit-proof data is provided.
- Ensure successful deployment of our business intelligence strategy in collaboration with people leader, Power Platform team and business partners.
- Create and maintain documentation on logic and processes followed to build out the dashboard and communicate with the target audience(s)
- Research and put forward new recommendations to create, automate and improve processes.
Technical & Professional Qualifications
- Extensive experience in:
- PowerBI design including dashboards and apps
- Power Automate
- Power Apps
- Building complex DAX and Power Query
- SQL data manipulation
- JSON, XML, XLSX, CSV and other data source experience
- Working knowledge of data warehouse
Education & Experience
- 8+ years of experience in implementation, administration, configuration and support of PowerBI dashboards/apps, Power Automate scripts and PowerApps.
- Microsoft PL-300 certification preferred.
- Preferred information security knowledge (lifecycle management, privileged access and authN/authZ)
- Bachelor's degree in technology, information security, finance, business or equivalent
- Strong coordination and interpersonal skills as this role require significant interaction with different stakeholders across the Workforce IAM organization.
- Strong oral and written communication skills and ability to simplify and explain technical issues into understandable business language.
